With Project Pokerquest only three weeks away, I have decided to reduce the numbers of people participating. What I dont want to happen is to end up not having the time to help people properly by taking on too much which is certainly in danger of happening. A few people have dropped out of their own accord which to be honest, I have been grateful for and happy with as at least it means that they will not be wasting my time.
But I am having severe reservations about starting people on $200 and playing $5 games. I really think that most players will not retain discipline in these games and I may be making an error here. So I am going to approach the people who are left in and let them know about my alternate plan of attack which for me is a far better way of working than before.
So we will just have to wait and see and if it goes past the 1st June start date then so be it. At least with England not being in the Euro’s then there is no chance of me being side tracked by the footie before the Quarter Finals.
I have actually had a few days away from poker this week and havent done any writing or coaching or whatever which has been nice but I am seriously getting withdrawel symptoms now and need to be doing something.
